The customer wants their PTZ camera to be in scanning mode by default. There is no way to turn scanning back on within the ICView+ app. The customer calls me multiple times per month to turn scanning back on through the ICNow desktop app. Please add this feature to the ICView+ app before the rest of my hair falls out. Thank you for your support.

Hello Sean,
Thank you for your feedback! While we have some PTZ controls on the app, the ability to change or enable Scan is currently not supported due to an effort to reduce the UI clutter. We will try to implement this feature moving forward with an effective GUI. In the meantime, you can set your camera to automatically scan when idle.
