Before you can add a DASH product to a recorder, you will first need to add them to the DASH App.
After connecting the devices to your local WiFi, You will need a PC with the ICIP DVR/NVR Finder Utility tool (ConfigTool) installed. Open Configtool to find the IP address of the DINGER or FLOODER.
Important: It is recommended that you set an IP reservation on the Router for the device as a static IP option is not available.
Web Interface.
Step 1. Type in the IP address of the Recorder (NVR/ DVR/ AVR) into the address bar of a web browser and press enter. Log in to the NVR.
Step 3. Go to the Setup tab. Under Camera/Image, go to Registration. Click on "Manual Add."
Note: The Device Search function on the Recorder can also scan the local network for the FLOODER/ DINGER IP address.
Step 4: Fill in the IP address, Port (37777 by default), username (admin) and the password that was setup for the device. Click OK to save.
Smart ICRSS
Step 1. Login to Smart ICRSS. Make sure you have added the Recorder to the software and the status is Online. Tap the "+" to open a new tab and select Device CFG.
Step 2. Select the Recorder on the left hand side and then under Camera, select Remote Device.
Step 3. Select Manual Add.
Step 4. Fill in the Device Name (This will be the camera's name in the recorder), IP address, Port (37777 by default), username (admin) and the password that was set up for the device. Click OK to save.
