Find your recorder's password in the mobile app

Finding your password in your IC Realtime mobile app (ICRSS Pro & IC View)

• On the Live View screen, tap on the Home icon in the upper left corner above the video panes. All screenshots show IC View on the left, and ICRSS Pro on the right side.

                   

• In the Home menu, tap on the Device icon on the bottom of the screen.

                    

• You will now see the Device Manager in the app. Tap on the name of your device.

• The next screen shows your device name at the top, and directly below you will see Device Configuration with your device name to the right. Tap on that line to see your device details.

• The Device Detail menu shows all the information for your recorder. The Password field will be masked, but you may unmask the password by tapping the icon.
