IC Secure Mobile allows connection settings to be reviewed or updated from the configuration screen. These settings control how the app connects to a server or camera.

Encrypted Connection
Use Encrypted Connection only when the selected server or camera is configured to support it.
If encrypted connection is enabled in the app but not supported or configured on the server or camera, the connection may fail. Confirm the correct setting with your installer or system administrator.
Remote Access
If connecting from outside the local network, remote access must be configured before IC Secure Mobile can connect.
Remote access requirements depend on the site network and security policy. Contact the installer or network administrator to confirm the correct address, port, and approved remote access method.
