We have received reports of push notification issues on iOS devices for some existing devices deployed in the field. Newly configured machines are not affected by this issue from our observation.
We are currently investigating the root cause of the reported issues.
Customers facing this issue and are willing to share access to their machines for further root cause analysis are advised to start a help desk ticket by going here or by emailing email@example.com. We will need local access to your machine via a PC or VPN access for proper investigation.
Previously working push notifications are no longer being received on iOS devices, while Android devices connected to the same machine are still working.

In some cases, users have successfully resolved the issue by factory resetting the machine and setting it back up.
