Live View Interface
The Live View menu is the main area for monitoring cameras in real time. All live monitoring options are located in the menu shown below. Each icon in the UI is annotated in this image, with descriptions of their functions provided beneath it.
Pinching inward or outward will digitally zoom in on the active video feed. Swiping left and right will go to the next group of loaded cameras.
- Device List - Shows list of all devices available for playback.
- Device Details - Opens system details and configuration.
- Pause/Play - Toggles video between pause and play.
- HD/SD - Toggles between high definition and low definition feeds. Recommend switching to SD on slow or limited networks.
- Audio Toggle - Toggles audio on and off for supported and configured devices
- Grid Selection - Changes between 1/4/9/16 split
- Portrait/Landscape - Toggles orientation between portrait and landscape mode.
- Playback - Opens the playback menu for selected camera
- Two Way Talk* - Toggles two-way talk for applicable devices. *Not all devices support two way talk.
- Manual Recording - Records the video in real time.
- Manual Snapshot - Takes a snapshot of the current image in playback
- Quick Load - Toggles live view cameras between off and last known configuration
- PTZ Controls* - Opens the PTZ control menu. *Not all devices support PTZ control
- Fisheye Dewarp* - Dewarps fisheye view from applicable cameras. *Only fisheye cameras support this feature.
- Activate Strobe* - Toggles strobe light features. *Not all devices support active deterrent features.
- Activate Siren* - Toggles siren features. *Not all devices support active deterrent features.
- PTZ Wiper* - Engages PTZ wiper. *Only PTZ cameras with wipers support this feature.
- Alerts - Shows any recent alerts for selected camera.
Accessing Live View
Tap the play button for the device you want to monitor. This will bring you to the live view menu and load all cameras in increments of 4. You can also tap on the individual images to bring up specific cameras.
