The IC Realtime dealer portal allows dealers to manage orders, schedule support calls, and track returns, among other features. Access to the portal is only granted after completing the onboarding process. If you have yet to go through onboarding, please email success@icrealtime.com to set up your onboarding. Please note portal access is only for active IC Realtime dealers and distributors.
If You Haven’t Completed Onboarding
You can email success@icrealtime.com to setup an onboarding session if you've yet to complete it. Onboarding is mandatory for obtaining dealer portal access.
Adding Authorized Contacts
You can add authorized contacts after onboarding. The primary point of contact should email success@icrealtime.com and include the person who needs access as a CC
We understand the additional authentication can be tedious, but this process helps us keep your data secure and protected. You can always reach out to success@icrealtime.com with any questions you may have regarding the onboarding process or adding additional contacts to your account.
