IC Realtime has added the ability to process RMAs by logging into your dealer portal. This provides you with more options for managing returns. Processing an order through the portal is more convenient if the device has already been troubleshot. You can still call in to speak directly with tech support if you need help diagnosing a problem or prefer to speak with an agent before processing your return
Submitting an RMA
- Log into your dealer portal at https://icrealtime.com/
- Select Purchases -> Purchase History from your account menu.
- Find the SO for the item you wish to return. Our support team can help you identify the SO if you provide the serial number.
- Select REQUEST A RETURN.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and quantity.
- Choose a reason for return from the list of options.

Add relevant troubleshooting details or comments. More details will greatly expedite the return process.
- You can track returns by selecting Returns from the Purchases menu.
Once an RMA is submitted, a confirmation email will go out with the RMA details. An IC Realtime team member will contact you shortly after with further instructions.
