IC Home Cloud Storage Explained

This article is here to help users better understand how our IC Home Cloud storage features work.

Cloud subscription features will capture all motion detected from the camera.

To access the cloud storage features of a IC Home device simply select the cloud.

From here you can review your current subscriptions or purchase a subscription .

Each plan we offer is charged on a monthly basis and will automatically recharge your payment method monthly.

There is also a countdown to the amount of days of recording you have left until your payment method is charged again.

If you ever need to view your current subscriptions or previous transactions head over to the "Account" section and tap "My Cloud"

Selecting "My Plan" will display all active subscriptions for all the devices you have subscribed cloud storage to and the "My Order" section will display all previous transactional history.

Expired Subscription Information

If your cloud storage subscription expires. Your event clips will NOT be instantly deleted.

They will be retained for the amount of time you paid for on your subscription.

Example: If you canceled a 30 day subscription, only the oldest video will be deleted daily and will follow the remaining 29 days until there is no more event footage to view.
