This article will discuss the "Abnormal Storage" error some may experience when initializing a IC Home product for the first time, or inserting a new SD card into their unit.
In order to access the format settings, click the 3 dot menu for the device, then:
Storage Card -> Storage Status -> Formatting Storage
It will prompt you with a warning stating:
"Formatting the SD card will clear all data stored in the local storage and it cannot be cancelled once implemented."
This is normal, however if you do have data on your card you will need to move it off of the card and onto a different storage device to retain the data.
Once you press the "Formatting" button it will clear all data and allow it to be used by your IC Home device.
