Live View 
The Live View menu lets you view your connected devices' real-time video stream. You have many available functions on the Live View module, such as PTZ controls and Fisheye dewarp functionality.
Organizations: This area displays thumbnails of your added devices/ channels.
- Select
for large thumbnails and
for small thumbnail view.
- Click
to refresh the device list thumbnails
- Double-click or drag and drop a thumbnail to the live view window to view the channel
- You can also right-click on a thumbnail in the device list to:
- View Main or Sub stream
- Modify Channel Name
- Open a web link to that camera’s IP address (if possible).
Live View Controls
This area displays the live view stream of the devices. Right-clicking on a camera view box will display the following options (Note some options will only appear after displaying certain cameras):
- Close Video: Closes selected live view window.
- Close All Videos: Closes all live view windows.
- Start Audio: Enables audio for the selected live view window.
- Start Talk: Enables 2 way talk from local PC to the selected live view window. Note that if a camera on a recorder is selected, it will open the 2-way talk to the recorder output.
- Turn on the Remote Intercom: This enables 2-way talk to a camera on a recorder.
- Start Record: Starts/ Stops recording of the selected live view window to the local PC.
- Snapshot: Saves a snapshot of the selected live view window to the local PC.
- Triple Snapshot: Saves three consecutive snapshots of the selected live view window to the local PC.
- Start instant Playback: Displays the last 5 minutes of recorded footage of the selected live view window. The recorded footage duration can be configured under System > Monitor Settings > Instant Replay Time
- Playback: Displays the playback of the selected live view window.
- Multi-Screen Track: This allows a channel to be broken up into different tiles- one with the main image plus other tiles that are digitally zoomed in an area on the channel. You can select from: Normal, 1+3 and 1+5. Below is an example of 1+5 Multi Track.
Fisheye Installation Mode: Enables fisheye dewarping for IC Realtime 360-degree cameras. Select the installation mode (ceiling, wall or bottom mounted) depending on the installation type of the camera.
- Fisheye View: Available once Fisheye Installation Mode is selected. Select from various dewarped fisheye views. The type of views depends on the installation mode of the actual camera.
- Scale Type: Changes the selected camera to a different aspect ratio.
- Stream Type: Changes the selected camera stream (Main, Sub, Sub1, etc) type for live view.
- Image Adjust: Adjusts image settings such as Brightness, Saturation and Contrast.
- IVS Overlay: Toggles the IVS Rule overlay on the selected camera.
- Full Screen: Toggles Full Screen mode.
Split View: This allows you to quickly change split views and toggle full screen.

Split View Shortcut: Changes between single view, 4-split and 9-split views. These shortcuts can be edited under the Split View Menu.
Split View Menu: Displays normal and custom split views. You can select a split view as a shortcut by hovering the mouse over the desired split view and clicking on the star icon as it appears (
).
: Custom Split View. When selected, you can create a custom view from up to 64 channels.
Full Screen: Enables full-screen mode. Press escape to exit full-screen mode.
PTZ: This section lets you control the Pan, tilt, zoom, and other functions on a selected camera.
PTZ Menu: Open the OSD Menu to toggle the camera on-screen display and controls

Mouse Simulator: When enabled, allows Pand and Tilt control by pressing and hold the left mouse button while moving the mouse in the desired direction.
PTZ Movement: Allows for pan and tilt control.
3D Positioning: This allows you to draw a box on the camera image. The camera will move and zoom in to the position drawn.
Aspect Ratio: Allows you to change the aspect ratio of all live view channels.
View/ Tour Config: Allows you to save live views and configure and play a tour.
Save View: Saves Current live view split. A Save View Window will appear. Input a View name, select a group name, and save to a monitor plan (optional).
Tour Config: Open Tour Configuration Menu. Here, you can view, add or modify Tour plans.
- Once a tour plan is created, select the plan, then click on
to open the task editor as shown below.
- Click on Return on the lower right side to exit the Tour Config.
- Once a tour plan is created, select the plan, then click on
Tour Selector: Select a created tour from this dropdown.
Start Tour: Plays the selected Tour
Help
Clicking the Help/ About will open a web page to IC Realtime’s help center.
Logout
Clicking will open the Exit Prompt, where you can choose to:
- Minimize the software to the system tray
- Close the program
- You can also check in Don't show again to skip the exit prompt
It is recommended to Minimize the system tray if you have event notifications in the software. If the software is fully exited, it cannot log new events during that period. You will need to check the recorder playback instead.
