Exporting Playback Footage
You can save playback footage stored in your added devices to your local PC. This can be accomplished by using a time clip or by downloading from a file list.
Time Clip: With this option, you can select a time range to download.
- After performing a playback search, and the colored bars appear on the progress bar, click on . The Time Clip Menu will appear in the progress bar.
- The left red line represents the start time and the right represents the end time. Click and hold on a red line to move it to the desired time period within the progress bars.
- Click to save and open the Export Menu. Configure the desired settings below, then press OK to save.
- Path: Click on Browse to navigate to a destination folder where the downloaded file will be located.

Export Format: Select the file format for the downloaded clip.
Options include: ASF, AVI, MP4 and original Format (DAV).
File List: This option lets you view and download playback as individual files.
- After performing a playback search, and the colored bars appear on the progress bar, click on the File List Tab on the right side of the software to open the File List Menu.
- The File List Menu will display a list of the recorded file results based on the search. Here, you can:
- You can double-click on a file to view the recording.
- You can select the file types to be viewed under this drop down.
- Click on next to a file to select it or click in the upper left side of the File list menu to Select All.
- Click on to open the Export Menu and save the selected files.
