IC Realtime TV monitors your cameras for smart events and displays real-time notifications on your Apple TV.
Supported Event Types
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Person Detected | A person is identified in the camera's field of view. |
| Vehicle Detected | A car, truck, or other vehicle is identified. |
| Pet Detected | A pet or animal is identified. |
| Face Detected | A human face is detected (close range). |
| Motion Detected | General motion in the camera's field of view. |
| Line Crossing | Something crosses a virtual trip line defined on the camera. |
| Intrusion | Something enters a defined restricted area. |
| Tamper | The camera's view is obstructed or altered. |
| Scene Change | A significant change in the camera's overall scene. |
| Doorbell Ring | Someone presses your doorbell. |
| Alarm Input / Output | External alarm sensor triggered. |
Events Tab
The Events tab shows a scrollable history of all detected events:
- Left panel — Event list grouped by time, with event type icons and camera names.
- Right panel — Details for the selected event, including a camera snapshot, timestamp, and action buttons.
Filtering Events
Use the event type filter chips at the top of the Events tab to show only specific event types. For example, tap Person to see only person detection events, or Vehicle to focus on vehicle activity.
Event Actions
When you select an event from the list, you can:
- Open Camera — Jump to the full-screen player showing the camera that triggered the event.
- Watch Recording — Play back the recording from around the time of the event (if the camera has onboard storage).
- Browse History — Open the recording browser for that camera.
Configuring Alerts
Control which events trigger notifications in Settings > Alerts > Event Detection. You can enable or disable specific event types per camera.
