The IC Secure Mobile menu provides access to device setup, app information, download status, support options, and the app introduction screens.
Opening the Menu
To open the menu:
- Open IC Secure.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
The side menu opens with the available app options.
Menu Options
| Option | Description |

| Add devices | Opens the workflow for adding an IC Secure server or compatible camera. |
| Settings | Opens the available app settings area. |
| Download status | Shows the status of video downloads or exports. |
| Technical support | Opens technical support information. |
| Introduction | Opens the app introduction screens. |
| About | Shows app version and copyright information. |
Add Devices
Tap Add devices to add an IC Secure server or compatible camera to the mobile app.

Download Status
Tap Download status to check the status of video downloads or exports from the app.
If a download or export is still processing, allow it to complete before closing the app or changing network connections.
Technical Support
Tap Technical support to open support information for IC Secure Mobile.
When contacting support, be prepared to provide the app version, device model, and a description of the issue.
Introduction
Tap Introduction to reopen the app introduction screens.
The introduction screens provide basic navigation tips for using Liveview, managing camera tiles, and working with the device list.
About
Tap About to view app information.
The About screen shows the IC Secure Mobile app version and copyright information. This information may be useful when contacting technical support.
