Devices
The Devices menu is where you can manage your connected devices as well as add your cameras, NVRs, or DVRs via P2P or IP/Domain. First, you will need to add your camera system to the software to begin using it.
Adding Camera(s)
You can add your IC Realtime devices via IP address or P2P with a serial number.
- Click on the Devices Icon on the Home Page or the left quick menu.
- Click on the Add+ button on the upper left side.
- The Add Device menu will open. Select the desired connection method from either IP/Domain or P2P (recommended)
- Adding via P2P: You must ensure that your devices’ P2P is enabled and displays an “online” status in the network menu.
- Adding via IP address: You will need your device’s IP address (local or external IP) and verify TCP Port number. (Typically 32789 for NVR/DVR and 37777 for IP Cameras).
- Next, fill in the available fields.
Device Name: Input a desired name to identify the device
IP/Domain: Input the IP or DDNS address of the device
SN: Input the Serial number of the device if using P2P option
Port (if using IP/ Domain): Input the TCP port for the device
User Name: Input the username for the device
Password: Input the password for the device
Click on Add when finished to save or Add and Continue to add more devices. If everything was entered correctly, the device's Online Status should change to “Online” after a moment. If not, it will display Offline with an error message.

In this section, we are breaking down what each button on the Device menu is for. Some buttons are only visible or functional after adding at least one device.

Auto Search: Scans the local network. You can also add devices that are found.
- Note: This will only add the devices via Local IP Address. If you are on a laptop and need to access the cameras remotely (outside your current network) then it is recommended to use +Add via P2P.
- Add Device: Opens a Menu to add new devices
- Delete: Deletes selected devices
- Device Import: Imports a saved device list
- Device Export: Saves current device list

Operation Column: (requires devices to be added to be seen)
- Edit device information
- Open web link (if available)
- Logout of the device
- Delete device
