P2P IP Cameras

This article will go over how to enable P2P on both legacy and current firmware iterations.

• Legacy Firmware
• New Firmware

Legacy Firmware

1.  Select SETTING on the main menu
2. Select Network
3. In the Network settings, select Access Platform
4. Select P2P tab
5. Ensure it is Enabled and status is online
6. Select Save to save the settings

New Firmware

1. Click the icon.
2. Select "Network"
3. In the Network settings, select Access Platform
4. Select P2P tab
5. Ensure it is Enabled and status is online
6. Select Apply to save the settings

From here, check the box to "Enable" P2P and click "Save"

• Lastly, verify the Connection Status. If it states "Connect Success -OR- Online" your cam has been setup for P2P access. You can continue with adding the cam to your mobile device or PC following this link:
