3.x DVR Internet Connection Troubleshooting

Log in to your system with the your NVR credentials.

• If you do not know your password. Follow these instructions:
  Resetting a Recorder Password and Taking Ownership

Next click the "" then select and click "Network"

Select "TCP/IP" -> Check the box "DHCP" -> Click Apply

After clicking apply, please restart your NVR.

• Verify the P2P Connection Status. If it states "Connect Success -OR- Online" your NVR has been setup for P2P access. You can continue with adding the NVR to your mobile device or PC following this link:
