Log in to your system with the your NVR credentials.
- If you do not know your password. Follow these instructions:
Resetting a Recorder Password and Taking Ownership
Next click the "Network"
Click on the button
Tick the box and click "OK" to save the changes and finally click "APPLY"
After clicking apply, please restart your NVR.
- Verify the P2P Connection Status. If it states "Connect Success -OR- Online" your NVR has been setup for P2P access. You can continue with adding the NVR to your mobile device or PC following this link:
