System Requirements
Client Installation
01. On the desired PC, open a web browser and enter the local or WAN IP / FQDN address of the IC Now Pro server. Select the 'PC' option to start downloading the installation file, then execute the file to begin the installation.
02. Read and Accept the EULA
03. Change the installation path of the software if desired then click the install button. Depending on your PC client hardware the installation process could take up to 10 minutes.
04. Once the installation is complete, you will be prompted to start the IC Now Pro desktop client.
05. If this is the first time the client and server have been accessed, the "system" user (super admin) will need to be setup. You will be prompted to setup the "system" user password & password recovery security questions. This process will be started after inputting the local LAN IP server address and pressing tab or clicking into another field.
06. For a "standard" login after the initial setup you will have to input the following:
Server address: Local LAN IP address or WAN IP / FQDN
Port No: HTTPS port of the IC Now Pro Server (by default 443)
Username / Password
The "Remember Password" checkbox allows the system to securely store your password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you log in. The "Auto Login" checkbox enables the system to automatically log you in without requiring manual entry of your credentials each time you open the application.
There is also the option of logging in as a "Domain User" if you have synced the IC Now Pro server with an existing active directory user database.
