Introduction
IP Cameras, NVRs, DVR and other ONVIF devices can be added to IC Now Pro server via the desktop client. Once added, you can monitor, manage events, and record, back up and view recordings from the client software or the mobile application.
Adding a device
01. From the IC Now Pro desktop client homepage, select the "Configuration" (wrench) icon located on the left side menu
02. Click the DEVICE icon located under "Basic Config"
03. Select the "Add Device" category on the left
04. Select the site you would like to enroll the device to using the "Organization" column
05. Using the automatic network discovery located at the bottom of the devices window you may choose to initialize and/or enroll devices by using the checkbox and appropriate action button. The "IP Segment" fields will allow you to scan a specific network IP range, if so desired
06. To manually enroll a device into the server click the Add button
07. Set the desired "Add Mode"
08. Choose Encoder (IPC/Recorder) or Network Device (ICR PoE switches) and input the required information. Click the Next Step button
09. Input the "Device Name", select the correct Device Type, Video Channel, Alarm Input Channel, Alarm Output Channel, & Time Zone (if not auto-selected). Click the OK button to complete the process or Continue to Add if you want to enroll the current device & begin the process of enrolling another device into the server.
