On some computers, certain display resolutions or scaling settings can cause IC Now to appear blurry or improperly sized. This typically happens when Windows’ default DPI scaling doesn’t align well with the application. Fortunately, Windows includes a built-in option that allows you to override DPI scaling behavior and correct the display issue.
- Right-click on the IC Now icon and select Properties
- Click the Compatibility tab
- Select Change high DPI settings button
- Check the box for Override high DPI scaling behavior and use the drop-down menu to select System or System (Enhanced).
- Click OK, then click OK again
- Re-open IC Now
