Installing IC Secure Mobile

IC Secure is available as a free download for iOS and Android devices.

iOS Installation

To install IC Secure on an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for IC Secure.
3. Tap Get to download and install the app.
4. After installation, the IC Secure icon appears on the home screen.

Android Installation

To install IC Secure on an Android device:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for IC Secure.
3. Tap Install to download and install the app.
4. After installation, the IC Secure icon appears in the app drawer.

First Launch

When IC Secure opens for the first time, the app may request permissions depending on the mobile device, operating system, and features being used. Follow the prompts shown on the phone or tablet.

After permissions are handled, choose how you want to add your system or device. You can connect to an IC Secure server, scan the local network for compatible devices, or add a device manually by IP address.

Before You Connect

Before adding a device, confirm your system is ready. If connecting through an IC Secure server, verify that the server is running and reachable from the phone or tablet.

Confirm that the cameras are powered on and connected to the network. You also need the required connection information, including the server address, port, username, and password. Your system administrator or installer can provide these details.

If connecting remotely from outside the local network, remote access must be configured before the app can connect. This may require port forwarding, VPN access, or another approved remote access method depending on the network configuration. Your installer or system administrator can assist with remote access setup.
