This will be a quick how-to on how to enable the NVR EPTZ Linkage settings for the IPEL-PB80F-ADW1.
Please note: This feature is only available on the latest 2U32MP NVR's. Your NVR's firmware also must be on the latest firmware for this feature to be present in your system.
Login to your NVR and access the "Advanced Settings"
Camera Configuration
In "Camera Configuration" select "EPTZ Linkage"
Select your desired "Display Mode"
- Channel: We can select the corresponding channel here. The NVR would gain EPTZ feature based on the front-end’s capacity.
If the channel does not support EPTZ, it will prompt “The channel fails to support EPTZ” and no settings can be adjusted on the channel.
Display Mode
Display Mode: Configure the display mode of EPTZ
4 modes options: Full screen, 1+1, 1+3, and 6 splits. (Full screen is default).
In different display modes, the mouse can be used to drag and zoom the split screens
Linkage Track
Linkage Track: set whether to link with tracking the intelligent events.
Disable: only display the split pictures, but doesn’t link with intelligent events.
Enable: tracking the object which triggered the events based on the intelligent rule.
- Linkage Track: It can be set after the linkage track is enabled. And the tracking duration can be set
Continue until the target disappeared, split channel tracks the target until the target disappeared;
custom, The minimum and maximum tracking duration can be set, ranging from 5 to 300 seconds. The maximum tracking duration must be greater than the minimum tracking duration.
- Tracking Duration: after the linkage tracking is enabled, the tracking duration can be set.
Continue until the target disappeared, split screen to trigger the target for picture tracking, until the target disappeared
The minimum and maximum tracking duration can be set. The value ranges from 5 to 300 seconds. The maximum tracking duration must be greater than the minimum tracking duration.
