Default IP address:
The default IP address is 192.168.1.108. The server has no video output it is all web-based. Once it fully boots up please go to http://192.168.1.108/config to modify the IP address.

Create an account specifically for viewing the devices via DSS Client. Do not use, "System" or "admin"

Upgrading Firmware:
Please log in to the Admin / Config portal using the username "admin". Then go down to system upgrade, press browse and pick the .bin file provided from IC Realtime support.
Creating a role:
This step must be done before creating a user.
Please log in to the web interface of the ICM-7100 using the "system" username. Then you will go into account tab > role > press "+ Add" button.
- Input the "role name"
- Role level is on your determination of what level this role is in your server.
- A memo is a note for the server admin.
- Device rights are what rights this role will have over your recorders.
- System rights are for what rights this role will have in correlation to your ICM-7100SE.
- A channel tree is for what devices the role will be able to see and communicate to.
Creating a user:
Please log in to the web interface of the ICM-7100 using the "system" username. Then you will go into account tab > User > Press "+ Add" button.
- Make a username.
- Check the reusable box. (this will let you use the account at different locations)
- Select Organization.
- New password.
- And select the role this account will use.
ICM Client Default Login Credentials:
Create an account specifically for viewing the devices via ICM Client. Do not use, "System" or "admin"
Default Ports Information:
These Ports need to be open under the TCP protocol.
- Port 9000: CMS-Manage other server registration and signal deployment
- Port 9200: DMS-Responsible to login front encoder, receive an alarm, forward alarm, send an alarm and send calibration command
- Port 9100: MTS-Responsible to get A/V stream from the front device and forward to SS, client and decoding device.
- Port 9320: SS-Responsible for record storage and record search and playback
- Port 9500: ARS-Responsible to auto-register device listening, login and get and 9500 forward streams to MTS
- Port 9700: ASC-Responsible to resolve alarm scheme into ADS and some APP
- Port 9600: ADS-Response to send alarm info to different objects according to different schemes
- Port 9800: ADP-Responsible for cascading of the alarm business
- Port 9900: VQDS-Perform video quality diagnosis, currently diagnosis options for 7016 are:video loss, high brightness, low brightness, contrast, definition, color shift
- Port 9400: PES-Responsible to manage MCD
- Port 8081: PTS
- Port 5080: SIP
- Port 554: RTP
