Setting up Map

Map:

• This feature allows you to establish a connection back to raster, google maps or an offline google map. 
• Input the longitude and latitude of your location. 
• Map Zoom setup allows you to select the preset of how the map will look on the client software. Play around with these settings to get the perfect map view. 
• Once settings are in place press Apply
• To add an image to the map. Press 'add hot zone' this will give you an icon that you can place on the map. 
• Once this icon is placed on the map it will pop up a window. 
• Name the location and then browse to the picture you would like to place. The file needs to be a '.png'. Either a google earth shot of the building or site or an above shot the area.
• Press submit. 
• Once the picture is in place you can double click on the image on the map. 
• On the right under the word 'Menu' click on 'video input'. 
• This will allow you to drag and drop cameras from your devices added to the ICM server as well as any alarm inputs.
