Overview:
The Statistics tab gives you a breakdown of what each unit, user, or ICM is doing.
- Under overview, you have pie charts that are broken down based on the online status, alarms being triggered. This will give you an understanding of what the camera is triggering more than others. This data is from the devices themselves not from predetermined alarms.
- This data can also be viewed on certain dates needed for review. This data stays on the server however long you set the parameters on the 'System' tab.
Server:
- This page will show you the status of each server if you have more then one.
- The server will show the IP address and also what relationship it has to the other servers.
Device:
- The first tab is the Device online statistics, this will show you what is the status of each device on the server.
- Device alarm info will let you go back on any unit and look on the alarms and if it has any notes from the user who got the alarm alert.
- Channel Diagnosis Statistics is a break down of what happened on each camera when the values were alerted.
- Device Health Report is to find the health of the device both alarms, hard drives working or not, total space, and if its recording or not.
- Device auto registration report this allows you to know the status of a mobile unit added to the ICM on auto-registration.
Management:
This page allows the admin of the server to look at what each user is doing and what the user was doing in the past. This can be narrowed down by inputting the information on the top. This data is saved as part of the log information of the server.
All this information can also be exported in an excel spreadsheet for data collecting purposes.
Operator:
This is more for tracking the user using the ICRealtime client software. What cameras the user pulled up, if the user exported playback, or changed settings on their account.
All this information can also be exported in an excel spreadsheet for data collecting purposes.
User Count:
This page allows you to see what users are online and at what IP address. This can be viewed both live or historical by clicking the drop-down on the 'statistical method' area.
Both managers and clients on ICRealtime client software.
